Position Summary
We are seeking a Storytelling Marketing Specialist who is obsessed with crafting compelling narratives, capturing real-time success, and amplifying SSG’s brand across LinkedIn. This role is perfect for a creative who understands how to turn recruiting activity, metrics, wins, culture moments, and team highlights into engaging, high-performing social content.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Storytelling & Content Creation
- Capture SSG’s day-to-day wins (placements, new searches, client feedback, recruiter highlights, culture moments) and turn them into compelling LinkedIn posts.
- Develop short-form storytelling pieces that highlight:
- Success metrics
- Client wins
- Candidate success stories
- Employee spotlights
- Culture events & milestones
- Build and execute a LinkedIn-dominant content strategy focused on visibility, engagement, and brand credibility.
- Manage the daily posting calendar across the company page and leadership team accounts.
- Optimize posts for maximum reach: hashtags, timing, hooks, visuals, and tone.
Brand Voice & Messaging
- Build and protect a consistent brand voice that is professional, fun, people-focused, and celebratory.
- Know how to make recruiting—traditionally “dry”—feel exciting, inspiring, and human.
Content Production
- Shoot short videos, take candid photos, and gather clips inside the office to fuel daily content.
- Edit clips, write captions, and package content for peak LinkedIn performance.
- Develop simple graphics, quote cards, and win-boards to support daily storytelling.
Internal Collaboration
- Work directly with the sales team, recruiters, and leadership to gather stories, stats, and updates.
- Attend meetings, huddles, and company events to document real-time happenings.
- Build trust with the team so they proactively share content with you.
Analytics & Performance
- Track engagement, impressions, lead generation, and post-level performance.
- Continuously test hooks, formats, visuals, and storytelling styles to improve results.
- Provide weekly reports on what content is working and why.
