The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.

The Opportunity
A great opportunity for a proactive and energetic individual wanting to work in the content entertainment business. The individual will be reporting to and supporting the Senior Manager, Content Distribution The Americas, and will also be offering support to the Global Distribution team to grow and monetize our globally iconic content IPs for audiences across all distribution platforms.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Set up new licensees and input broadcast and digital distribution deals into our rights management system.
- Work closely with legal, finance and rights management team to track deals through our workflow system, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Submit asset delivery order forms and obtain estimates for material delivery.
- Send various content marketing assets to licensees.
- Ensure all content orders are serviced via our Post‑Production team and delivered on time, per contractual terms, being mindful of deal profitability.
- Create content avails reports for content partners and projects.
- Work with Mattel’s Digital engagement team to ensure all new short‑form content is cleared for distribution.
- Maintain all existing data sources such as portfolios, deal trackers, contact database, avails reports, launch and performance information for the Global distribution team working closely with regional coordinators.
- Support all Ad‑hoc project based duties to support the sales function—raise purchase orders, project documents, budget system Anaplan, presentations, arrange meetings, and support the wider team as and when required.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years working in a coordination/administration role, content industry preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Superior attention to detail and communication skills.
- Project management.
- High level computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, OneDrive.
- Interest in working within Content Sales and Marketing environment.
- Language skills advantageous.
