Manager, Creator Activation

Reporting
Reports to: Director of Creator Activation, OMG.
Responsibilities
- Strategically align and vet influencers for specific client campaigns.
- Aggregate influencer submissions and maintain quality control.
- Enter all campaign details into the accounting/tracking system.
- Execute partnerships with influencers from post‑contract through campaign completion.
- Manage the content review process between influencer and account teams.
- Ensure metrics are collected and recaps developed for all influencer campaigns and programs.
- Track post‑completion for revenue recognition purposes.
- Stay apprised of new capabilities announced on existing social media platforms and emerging platforms gaining popularity.
- Follow social media influencer personalities across multiple platforms.
- Support logistics (travel, shipping product, etc.) for talent/influencers on specific campaigns.
- Participate in weekly team conference calls, including calendar invites, room booking, and circulating meeting notes.
- Coordinate influencer travel as required.
Practice Excellence
- Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape, communicating shifts and emerging trends to client business.
- Create thought‑leadership pieces, POVs, and case studies to galvanize the practice within the OMG ecosystem.
- Partner with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions, including asset development, commerce, and measurement.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding and mastery of influencer marketing and ability to match brand narratives with creator‑led storytelling.
- Strong relationships with the influencer community.
- Thorough understanding of influencer ad and organic roles across platforms, including creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement.
- Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communicator and presenter, able to articulate persuasive presentations and points‑of‑view.
- Highly analytical and creative with strong communication skills.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred).
- 3‑5 years of experience within influencer and media environments.
- Hands‑on experience managing creators within influencer campaigns and client management with blue‑chip companies.
- Detail‑oriented and organized, with ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Experience with influencer platforms and tools.

Compensation
Pay range: $50,000—$95,000 USD.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in‑office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
