ROI Digitally - Digital Marketing Agency is hiring: Designer in Ann Arbor

Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Designer to join our team. You will design various works across digital media for different international brands. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self‑starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and flexible in many different styles for multiple retailers, such as fitness, pool cues, digital photography, etc.

Responsibilities

Working scope: Website platforms (UX/UI elements)

• Understanding the client or Project Manager’s requirements.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type, and style, and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with the project manager or clients about layout and design.
• Using software such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create various graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites (UX/UI).
• Drafting landing pages using Page Builder on the web platform.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Designer Skills Needed

• Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Knowledge of design techniques, typography knowledge, and principles
• Multimedia content design development
• Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
• Essential skill of using Page Builder on a website
• Creativity and originality
• Fluency of ideas

• Adaptability, flexibility
• Client facing communication

• Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects
• English reading and writing understanding.

Designer Suggested Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop

• Figma
• Website platforms: WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Magento.
