Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot is a role that supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers assist customers by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, scheduling measurements, reviewing room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They also support stock and display initiatives to promote a safe and appealing shopping environment and drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities Welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In Stock initiatives. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Appearance. By supporting these three priorities, contribute to driving sales to support department and store goals.
