Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers; assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up for kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support the store priorities by helping customers and promoting a positive shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome them to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up for kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations; and help them make purchasing decisions. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Appearance. Drive sales to support department and store goals.
