Video Editor/Producer Job Summary

We are looking for a Video Editor/Producer to join our team to oversee multiple projects across digital platforms. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and with marked attention to detail. You will use your experience in new media to produce compelling content for our team. The video team is dedicated to creating and distributing original video content for all platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, and our own website.

Responsibilities

• Choice of producing, filming, or editing high‑level video and digital media content.
• Work includes brand identity videos, programs, explainers, promos, digital channel commercials, customer video testimonials and documentary‑style profiles, training materials, expert interviews, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
• Projects may include support for virtual and streaming and corporate communications.
• Develop and produce (shooting and editing) original videos across multiple platforms.
• Manage multiple production schedules from pre‑production to publish.
• Regularly pitch and develop new ideas with our team and demonstrate passion and curiosity for events, places, products, and experiences that are memorable, quirky, and awe‑inducing.
• Ideate and execute engaging social content.
• Contribute to the overall vision and development of all projects.

Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite products.
• Obsessive knowledge of the digital video landscape and a keen understanding of platforms.
• Collaborate in a group while maintaining discipline and organization to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; ability to perform in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
• Able to see multiple projects as a whole and ensure that all parts are moving well; understand digital video strategy for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, website, and mobile applications.
