About the Role

The creative team is looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team. This role is deadline‑driven, creative, and highly collaborative. You will work directly with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, and Art Directors on a wide variety of campaigns, branding, packaging, and graphic design projects. This position supports and reviews designers’ work, provides guidance and mentorship to junior members, and helps in the overall ideation and execution of marketing briefs. You will support the Senior Creative team with art direction, from concept to post‑production, including mood boards, casting, on‑set art direction, and retouching.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute design and branding elements for digital, mobile, social, e‑commerce, in‑store, OOH, video, print and packaging.
  • Mentor junior designers, reviewing work for the highest standards of accuracy and consistency, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and easy to understand.
  • Bring forward the most innovative creative techniques, design trends, top talent, and current industry trends and innovations across all relevant industries – driving vision and insights to creative ideation, strategy, and production planning.
  • Demonstrate a mastery of layout and typography.
  • Prepare, package, and spec files for print projects with correct dimensions, die‑lines, and resolution.
  • Ensure that all projects are within deadline.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of design experience in a beauty, fashion, or luxury agency or in‑house environment.
  • 2+ years of people‑management experience, specifically managing junior designers.
  • A refined taste with expert design and typography skills.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Ability to take direction from senior creative team and collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines and follow through.
  • Ability to brainstorm and develop strategic and innovative concepts.
  • BFA / BA in Graphic Design or a closely related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, web and digital best practices within luxury beauty retail and advertising.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational and planning skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, Premiere, After Effects, Bridge.
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
