Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Los Angeles, CA. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing influencer partnerships that align with the brand's vision and goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and maintaining relationships with influencers, creating and executing campaigns, overseeing content collaboration, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize engagement and reach. Collaboration with internal marketing and creative teams will also be crucial.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Strategy: You will develop and execute our 360° global influencer strategy. You own the full process, from discovery and vetting to mastery-level negotiation of contracts, usage rights, and FTC compliance.
  • Translate the Vision: Partner directly with Chris and our creative team to translate his aesthetic direction into clear, scalable campaigns and content briefs.
  • Build the Funnel: Manage our entire advocacy pipeline, from top-tier professional stylists (our Pro partners) to macro-level consumer creators and emerging micro-influencers.
  • Drive Retail: Your campaigns must directly support our sell-through strategy. You will build activations that drive traffic and sales for key retail partners like Sephora, Ulta, and our professional salon network.
  • Drive Our Go-to-Market: You are a key partner in our GTM process. You will lead all product seeding strategies and build pre-launch buzz to ensure our new products land with massive impact.
  • Be the Engine for Content: Partner with our internal social, digital, and paid media teams to ensure the content you secure fuels our entire ecosystem, from organic social and email to paid ads and retailer dot-com sites.
  • Manage the Business: You own the influencer budget. You will track, measure, and report on all KPIs, focusing on ROI, EMV, engagement, and impressions. I need to see the direct P&L impact of your work.
  • Lead the Conversation: Be our expert on the ground. You will monitor platform changes, identify new trends, and analyze competitor activity, bringing new ideas to the table daily.

Who You Are

  • A Proven Performer: You have 5+ years of direct experience building influencer programs that scaled high-growth beauty or haircare brands.
  • Commercially Minded: You have a proven, numbers-driven track record of driving revenue. Experience activating influencers to support major launches at Sephora, Ulta, or equivalent retailers is essential.
  • A Relationship Expert: You have deep, existing relationships in the beauty and hair space. You build partnerships based on trust and mutual respect, not just transactions.
  • A Master Collaborator: You navigate internal teams seamlessly and can speak the language of creative, product development, digital, and sales.
  • Metrics-Obsessed: You are fluent in analytics platforms and can translate complex data into a simple, actionable story.
  • Fast & Agile: You thrive in a high-growth, "all-hands" environment. You can pivot quickly and manage multiple complex projects without missing a detail.
  • Passionate: You have a deep, authentic passion for the professional hair world and Chris's legacy. You understand the culture.
