Our client, Neumeric Technologies Corporation, is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Description
- Lead end-to-end Service Design (20‑30%) and Product Design (70‑80%) efforts across a suite of products.
- Conduct ecosystem‑level mapping, current‑state and future‑state journey design, and develop UX/UI designs that help users achieve their tasks.
- Identify system dependencies, data flows, and user pain points.
- Translate research and operational insights into intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborate with operators, SMEs, and users to deeply understand workflows and challenges.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and features aligned with business and user needs.
- Mentor and coach 1–3 designers, promoting design excellence through feedback and critique.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Translate high‑level service designs into hands‑on UI work in Figma.
- Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Service Design with at least 1–2 years in a design leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in operations‑heavy environments (supply chain, food tech, logistics).
- Strong product thinking with the ability to navigate user needs, business logic, and system architecture.
- Proven experience designing for enterprise platforms or SaaS products with complex workflows.
- Proficiency with Figma and service design toolkits (e.g., journey maps, service blueprints).
- Skilled in leading user research such as field observations, interviews, and usability testing.
- Comfortable facilitating design reviews and collaborative sessions.
- Strategic systems thinker with hands‑on UI design capabilities.
- Collaborative, human‑centered problem solver who thrives in evolving product environments.
- Familiarity with complex ERP or Enterprise SaaS tools.
- Experience coaching designers or contributing to design team structure and design process is a plus.
