As a UX Designer, you will lead the user experience and visual design for multiple development teams, set direction for joyful design, engage end‑users, research workflows, observe application usage, and work with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications. You will produce sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements
- Available to start before June 2026
- A solid portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design skills
- Education or experience in user‑centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- COVID‑19 vaccination
