Base Pay Range
$15.15/hr - $16.90/hr
DEPARTMENT: Player Development
REPORTS TO: Manager, Player Development Video/Pro Scout
STATUS: Seasonal; Non-Exempt
This seasonal position will end after 6 months, but less than 1 year from the start date.

Role Summary
You will be collecting and distributing video and data for Player Development Coaching Staff and players.
Responsibilities
- Capture and upload video for assigned Minor League Affiliate using BATS software for all games during the regular season/post season.
- Collect video and data from bullpens, batting practice, and defensive work.
- Assist coaching staff with miscellaneous video and related projects.
- Represent the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Previous experience with BATS, Trackman Portable, Edgertronic cameras, etc. is a plus, but not necessary.
- Previous experience with an MLB or NCAA Baseball organization is a plus, but not necessary.
- Must be able to correctly identify pitch types.
- Must provide outstanding attention to detail during data and video collection.
- Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills including moderate experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and general knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to work collaboratively with employees and outside vendors.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with discretion, integrity, and accountability.
Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment.
- Graduating Senior or 4‑year Bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and access various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including background check.
Compensation and Benefits
Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this seasonal position is $15.15 to $16.90. Seasonal, non‑union employees are subject to the Living Wage Ordinance and rates will increase accordingly.
