To thrive as the Senior UX Designer, you should have:
- 5+ years of UX, product, or interaction design experience, preferably with SaaS or complex enterprise platforms.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work from research and strategy to execution.
- Solid expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer, and knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and front‑end constraints.
- Solid communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and present to executives.
We encourage you to have the following; however, they are not required:
- Experience building or maintaining enterprise design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of analytics, product metrics, or A/B testing to inform data‑driven design decisions.
- Experience in motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.
- Background in regulated, data‑intensive, or multi‑product domains (e.g., finance, HR, analytics).
- Experience mentoring designers, contributing to DesignOps, or integrating AI‑assisted design workflows.
Your responsibilities as the Senior UX Designer will include:
- Lead end‑to‑end UX design, from research and ideation through wireframes, prototypes, and usability validation.
- Define and communicate UX strategy, roadmaps, and scalable design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, data‑driven user experiences.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by presenting designs and securing buy‑in across the organization.
