Co-founder - Chief Marketing Officer - new startup (healthcare) We’re building a new approach to healthcare. We’re starting from zero - and looking for a CMO / Co-founder to design and drive our growth engine from day one. We’re not hiring a “manager.” We’re looking for a builder and growth leader - someone who thrives in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments and knows how to turn marketing into measurable traction.

Co-founder | B2B + equity Compensation:

from PLN 17,000 net (B2B) + company equity Responsibilities As the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder, you’ll shape the company’s vision, growth engine, and market presence from day one.

You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, turning data, creativity, and experimentation into measurable business results.

Strategic collaboration - co‑create company and product strategy with the CEO and Product Lead, aligning growth with product and market opportunities.

Growth & positioning strategy - design and execute a full 360° marketing strategy (awareness + conversion + retention) tailored to the health and wellness market.

Performance marketing - build and optimise acquisition funnels across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, e‑mail, and remarketing channels.

Marketing automation - implement scalable automation tools and processes to drive efficiency and growth.

Analytics & optimisation - make data‑driven decisions based on key metrics (LTV/CAC, ROI, ARPU, churn, conversion), continuously improving results.

Team building & leadership - recruit and lead a high‑performing marketing team (1‑5 people across paid, organic, creative, and influencer verticals).

Influencer marketing - develop new cross‑platform influencer brands and ambassador channels, blending expert credibility with brand storytelling.

Content & communication pipeline - manage a multi‑channel content ecosystem (video, social, blog, e‑mail, ads) that educates, engages, and converts.

Brand building & PR - drive brand awareness through digital and traditional channels (TV, podcasts, print, and media partnerships).

Testing & iteration - run A/B tests, iterate messaging, and optimise campaigns for performance and ROI.

Compliance leadership - ensure all marketing activity meets healthcare advertising and data compliance standards (PL/EU, Google/Meta Ads, LegitScript).

Qualifications

Proven experience in growth marketing within healthtech / digital health, with at least one documented success (e.g. company valuation growth, 50M+ exit, or significant revenue/user scale‑up).

Deep hands‑on expertise in marketing automation across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, e‑mail, and remarketing channels.

Demonstrated track record of high‑performing campaigns - including clear ROI, CPA, or LTV/CAC metrics.

Experience in building and leading a 5+ person marketing team, covering paid, organic, creative, and influencer verticals.

Ability to run integrated, full‑funnel marketing (awareness + conversion + retention).

Proven ability to design and execute 360° marketing strategies, spanning creative, performance, content, analytics, and growth.

Strong analytical and KPI‑driven mindset - planning, execution, and optimisation based on measurable results.

Readiness for a co‑founder, equity‑driven model with strategic ownership and hands‑on involvement.

Fluent in Polish and English.

Strong plus

Knowledge of the Polish social media and wellness ecosystem.

Proficiency in managing cross‑platform influencer marketing with own playbooks, testing frameworks, and best practices.

Experience in building a brand in healthtech, from concept to market awareness.

Familiarity with modern MarTech stacks (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution, AI‑driven tools).

Experience in PR and media communications (TV, podcasts, print, industry publications) targeting the 40‑60 audience.

Ability to manage multi‑channel content pipelines (video, social, blog, ads, e‑mail).

Experience in testing and optimising communication - A/B testing, message iteration, data‑informed decisions.

Nice to have

Understanding of medical marketing compliance (PL/EU regulations, Google/Meta Ads certifications, LegitScript).

Insight into healthcare markets in Poland and the EU, including B2C model.
