The Role We’re looking for a
UI/UX Designer
who can turn complex healthcare and AI workflows into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and healthcare partners to define how users interact with Defect AI — from intelligent dashboards to real‑time automation tools.
You’ll have creative ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to shape the product’s design language from day one.
What You’ll Do
Lead the
end-to-end product design process : research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
Create
data‑driven, intuitive user flows
for healthcare administrators and AI automation interfaces.
Build and maintain a cohesive design system in
Figma .
Conduct user research and usability testing with clinics and billing teams.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure design precision and smooth handoffs.
Shape Defect AI’s
visual and interaction identity
across all touchpoints.
Who You Are
2–4+ years of experience as a
UI/UX or Product Designer
(startup or SaaS preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating
complex workflow design, dashboards, or AI products .
Mastery of
Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools .
Passion for
usability, clarity, and design systems .
Curious, collaborative, and comfortable designing for ambiguity and iteration.
Bonus: experience in
healthtech, fintech, or compliance‑heavy environments .
