The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Executive Briefing Program is hiring a Hospitality Manager to lead our Seattle Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations while managing critical global program elements. As the Hospitality Manager for the AWS Seattle Executive Briefing Center, you will partner closely with the Briefing Program Manager team to host executive briefings and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the EBC, including managing planning processes, timelines, stakeholder communications, executive engagement, and support the successful execution of briefings onsite in Seattle. Reporting to the Global EBC Program Leader, this role combines executive hospitality leadership with strategic operations management, focusing on delivering world‑class customer experiences while optimizing resources and processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily Seattle EBC operations and hospitality, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and execution

Lead and develop the Seattle EBC concierge team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Ensure EBC staff coverage, including hands‑on support during peak periods

Establish and uphold best practices, playbooks, and operational frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all briefings

Manage the EBC facility and its infrastructure, including customer logistical needs, hospitality services, vendor relationships for both internal and external stakeholders

Partner with Facilities, AV, IT and key vendors to deliver seamless logistics, venue setup, and a high‑touch hospitality experience

Own and manage the EBC operating budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and clear tracking of expenditures

Negotiate vendor contracts, service level agreements, and implement cost‑optimization strategies while maintaining service excellence

Lead and support special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Experience managing budgets

4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience

Experience leading process improvements

Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level)

1+ years of team leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification

Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)

Experience in vendor management

4+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
