We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & Authorization. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments, with the ability to design, implement, and manage secure and compliant access structures. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to ensure robust governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to compliance standards.

Role Overview As a Senior Consultant in SAP Security & Authorization, you will be responsible for delivering secure, compliant, and efficient SAP systems through expert implementation and management of SAP security policies. You will play a vital role in safeguarding system access, maintaining audit compliance, and supporting enterprise security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects in S/4HANA systems.
Perform regular user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and audit compliance checks.
Collaborate with business process owners and technical teams to align authorization design with business needs.
Integrate security with SAP Fiori, GRC, and other SAP components for end-to-end governance and risk control.
Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues during development, testing, and production phases.
Define and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Conduct impact analysis and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Develop and maintain security documentation, configuration standards, and process manuals.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP Security and Authorization design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Security administration and role design within S/4HANA environments.
Proficiency in tools such as SUIM, ST01, SU53, PFCG, and GRC Access Control.
Experience with SAP Fiori Security and integration across SAP modules.
In-depth understanding of SoD analysis and audit control requirements.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with SAP Public Cloud environments.
Exposure to hybrid system landscapes combining on‑premise and cloud‑based systems.
Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for user provisioning or reporting.
Certifications & Preferred Tools
SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Authorization and Auditing
Preferred tools: SUIM, GRC, Fiori Security, and related SAP administration utilities.
