Job Summary The Frost Art Museum is seeking a Temporary Marketing Assistant to support the museum’s marketing and communications initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and an interest in arts and culture marketing.

Duties Include

Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, digital signage, videos, and presentation visuals for museum exhibitions, programs, and events.

Collaborate with curators, educators, and marketing staff to create cohesive content for web, social media, and internal communications.

Maintain consistent visual identity across digital, print, and environmental formats in alignment with institutional brand guidelines.

Edit and optimize video content for executive messages, event highlights, and promotional materials.

Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts across platforms.

Update website content and event listings as needed.

Support email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.

Help coordinate marketing materials for exhibitions, events, and programs.

Maintain media lists and assist with press outreach.

Provide administrative support for marketing projects and photo archives.

Collaborate with staff to ensure brand consistency in all communications.

Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of digital or social media platforms.

Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and an interest in learning design tools.

Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Interest in arts, culture, or museum-related fields.

$15.00 per hour
