$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr The Retail Media & Marketplace Analytics Lead is responsible for overseeing measurement, analysis, and insights for marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and Target, covering both paid and organic performance. This role entails close collaboration with the Retail Media and Marketplace Content Leads as well as partner agencies to identify performance drivers, areas for improvement, and investment opportunities. Key duties include quantifying the impact of product detail page content upgrades and merchandising, delivering purchase order insights, and creating actionable reporting that links media and content changes to metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, and CVR. The goal is to provide clear, recurring recommendations that enhance profitability and business growth. Full Time/Direct Hire 2 Days Onsite in Glendale Responsibilities

Channel & Portfolio Analytics:

Develop weekly dashboards tracking critical metrics like ROAS, TACOS/ACOS, CVR, new-to-brand share of voice, glance views, ATC, Buy Box performance, returns and defects, and contribution margin at multiple levels. Build SKU/ASIN scorecards connecting ad spend, organic rank, product page health, and inventory data to business outcomes, flagging opportunities to scale or pause spend. Create early-warning indicators and guardrail metrics to trigger corrective actions. Test & Learn/Incrementality:

Design and assess tests with defined hypotheses and success criteria, including holdouts and first‑party analyses to estimate incrementality and new‑to‑brand lift, converting findings into actionable playbooks. PDP & Content Impact Analysis:

Measure how product titles, bullets, A+ content, imagery, and variation strategies influence ranking and conversion, prioritizing content improvements based on ROI. Provide keyword insights and content gap analysis, evaluate post‑deployment lift, and collaborate with media teams for budget reallocation. Merchandising & Purchase Order Insights:

Analyze demand and velocity trends by license, collection, and SKU to identify winners, laggards, seasonal patterns, price elasticity, and attachment behaviors. Recommend purchase order and assortment strategies grounded in trend, profitability, and share of voice opportunities. Prepare monthly category deep‑dives with specific action plans for merchandising and planning teams. Data, Tooling & Governance:

Manage the analytics technology stack for marketplaces, leveraging Amazon Brand Analytics, Walmart Scintilla, Target reporting tools, and third‑party applications such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. Establish data standards, QA processes, dashboard accuracy, and documentation to ensure consistent, timely, and replicable reporting. Coordinate with agencies to align reporting standards and unify definitions across partners. Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7+ years in marketplace or retail media analytics, particularly with Amazon marketplaces, with familiarity of Walmart and Target platforms. Proven track record in translating large‑scale SKU data into clear investment and merchandising decisions. Proficiency with Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Luminate, and analytic tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk; strong skills with Excel and business intelligence software. Ability to develop testing frameworks, interpret incrementality signals, and link analytics to profitability and inventory management. Strong communication skills, capable of delivering concise, executive‑level narratives with actionable recommendations and cross‑functional influence.
