About The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager (Contractor) to help drive demand and pipeline growth during a peak business period. This is an exciting opportunity to design and execute multi-channel, account-based marketing campaigns that directly impact pipeline progression and business growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to create targeted, high-impact campaigns, while leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to create account-level marketing plans that accelerate pipeline progression and bookings.

Design and execute multi-channel, account-based programs (paid media, email, webinars, events, direct mail, etc.) for target accounts.

Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing teams to deliver demand generation campaigns that create and progress pipeline.

Gather intelligence on target accounts to craft hyper-personalized, differentiated campaigns.

Provide clear communication, training, and support to Sales/BDR teams on campaign launches and outcomes.

Measure campaign performance using Salesforce, SFMC, 6Sense, Quicksight, and Google Analytics; apply insights to optimize future programs.

Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and performance readouts to illustrate campaign impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3 plus years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong demand generation background.

Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.

Skilled in Salesforce, SFMC, 6Sense, Quicksight, and Google Analytics (Demandbase, Ceros, and Asana are a plus).

Strong collaborator with Sales and cross-functional partners; adept at building trusted relationships.

Data-driven, analytical thinker with experience turning insights into actionable strategies.

Agile project manager comfortable with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
