Job Purpose

The Director, Marketing Program Delivery is the central execution leader and primary marketing liaison responsible for the successful rollout of programs for our most critical B2B and B2B2C enterprise accounts (Health Plans, Life Sciences, Employers). This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role requiring deep program management expertise, strong cross‑functional coordination, and a relentless focus on high-quality delivery that drives client engagement and business results. Responsibilities

Program Execution & Ownership: Serve as the end-to-end owner for multiple, complex B2B/B2B2C marketing programs simultaneously, establishing clear project plans and ensuring flawless, timely execution across all phases. Client Liaison & Alignment: Act as the dedicated senior marketing contact for key client accounts, translating partner business needs into clear marketing deliverables and coordinating efforts for sales enablement, enrollment, and member engagement. Performance Delivery & Reporting: Rigorously track and analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI. Create clear, data-driven reports and "data stories" for clients and internal leadership, providing tactical recommendations for program optimization and closing the feedback loop. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the critical hub for marketing activities, coordinating closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Communications teams to secure resources, align timelines, and ensure all delivery milestones are met. Hands‑On Quality Assurance: Maintain a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach, jumping in for detailed execution support, including content editing, copy review, internal testing, and ensuring the technical quality of all audience-facing deliverables. Content Development: Support content development needs in conjunction with other team members. Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of progressive client-facing marketing experience in healthcare, health tech, and/or life sciences. Applicants without direct healthcare experience will not be considered. Proven success serving as a senior marketing liaison with sophisticated clients (e.g., health plans, health systems, or life sciences). Deep expertise in B2B and B2B2C campaign strategies aimed at driving patient/member acquisition and engagement for digital health solutions. Expert-level program and project management proficiency, including managing multiple, complex, multi-channel programs simultaneously and use of tools (i.e. SmartSheets, Microsoft Project) Strong practical understanding of digital marketing channels (email, digital media, social, etc.) and their application in an omnichannel campaign environment. Ability to drive marketing data stories and insights to track performance, measure ROI, and guide optimization. Comfort with a hands‑on role that requires direct involvement in execution details. Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive communications (written and presentation skills). Solutions-focused and highly comfortable navigating ambiguity, acting as a proactive, independent self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Strong track record of leading and collaborating cross-functionally across commercial, product and data teams. Note: Level of role will be determined based on experience and fit. Selected applicants will be required to share marketing portfolio and/or present to demonstrate proficiency and expertise. Welldoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities. Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits. and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, with the expectation that candidates meeting the minimum qualifications of the role be eligible for up to the midpoint of the range. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process. This screening is in connection with requirements set by certain of the Company’s customers, with which you may be working in this role, and will at all times be administered all applicable laws.
