Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist, Suppliers & Partners

Location: Burlington, MA

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid/Remote Department: Customer Success Reports to: Product Marketing Manager

At Prendio - BioProcure, we are a procurement partner focused on finding savings and extending the cash runway for early-stage and growing life sciences companies bringing life-changing therapies to market. Our mission is to make procurement faster, easier, and more cost-effective so scientists can stay focused on their research. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail is balanced with agility, problem-solving, and innovation to drive success.

About the Role: Prendio - Bioprocure is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to drive visibility and engagement across our supplier network and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on collaboration and creativity – someone who’s eager to turn supplier and partner relationships into meaningful marketing opportunities that fuel mutual growth.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll lead co-marketing programs, shape joint messaging, build compelling campaigns, and activate high-impact content across email, social media, and other channels. You’ll also play a key role in enabling our sales and customer success teams with relevant supplier and partner assets.

If you’re a resourceful, proactive marketer who’s excited by amplifying partner value and driving adoption within the biotech ecosystem, we’d love to meet you. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building, iterating, and bringing stories to life across multiple channels. Experience working in a private equity or venture capital-backed environment is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Email Marketing: Own the social media calendar, content creation, and execution across LinkedIn and other channels; manage the marketing email calendar, including customer newsletters; monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement data.

Strategic Co-Marketing: Lead planning and execution of co-marketing initiatives with Prendio’s strategic partners, ensuring alignment with shared goals, audience needs, and business outcomes.

Content Development: Create and manage partner-driven content across formats (case studies, blog posts, webinars, videos, landing pages, one-pagers) that showcase success stories and drive engagement.

Go-to-Market Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) and partner stakeholders to define timelines, gather inputs, manage approvals, and execute cross-channel campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics for partner initiatives; share insights to refine future collaboration.

Relationship Stewardship: Act as a key marketing point of contact for strategic partners, nurturing long-term collaboration and seeking new opportunities for visibility and mutual success.

Event Management: Oversee the shared event calendar with partner organizations, coordinating sponsorships, webinars, and joint events; serve as the primary marketing contact to ensure smooth planning, alignment, and execution.

Supplier Collaboration: Work directly with suppliers featured in the Prendio marketplace to navigate and optimize their presence.

Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted campaigns that position suppliers’ products to the biotech industry across various channels to maximize reach and impact.

Content Creation: Develop compelling content (product descriptions, case studies, webinars, promotional materials) that communicates the benefits of suppliers’ offerings.

Marketing Activation: Facilitate the supplier journey from strategy through content development to activation.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of supplier marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of supplier-related initiatives.
