Role The GTM Marketing Manager will bring Fyxer AI’s sales‑led marketing strategy to life, shaping how we show up to businesses, crafting our enterprise proposition, enabling sales with tailored assets, and delivering demand‑generation initiatives.
It is a global hands‑on role focusing on sales enablement, campaign delivery, and account activation.
You’ll connect marketing, sales, and customer success; turning insights about our enterprise buyers into campaigns and activations that generate demand, empower sales, and deepen relationships.
What You’ll Do
Shape the B2B marketing machine as first GTM hire.
Run multi‑channel GTM campaigns that warm buyers across SMB and Enterprise.
Create and maintain high‑quality pitch materials, one‑pager decks, and content that help sales convert opportunities.
Develop and execute adoption and advocacy campaigns within new and existing accounts.
Fuel digital touchpoints (landing pages, mid‑funnel content hubs) for enterprise lead generation.
Build case studies, testimonials, and success stories that demonstrate value and feed acquisition campaigns.
Evolve the enterprise brand while aligning with consumer identity.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Creative Studio for cohesive GTM execution.
Track impact of campaigns, enablement, and account activation; share insights to improve performance.
Ideal Candidate
+5 years B2B/ GTM marketing experience, ideally in tech.
Innovative thinker with expertise in building a best‑in‑world GTM machine.
Proven ability to execute GTM campaigns driving leads & pipeline across digital & physical activation, including LinkedIn media buying.
Experience creating sales enablement & activation assets (decks, landing pages, case studies, toolkits).
Thrives across multiple audiences, adapting messaging for different buyer stages.
Commercially minded; connects marketing activity to sales outcomes.
Strong project management, moves quickly while managing priorities.
Excellent written & visual communication skills; concise, persuasive materials.
Proactive, resourceful, collaborative; thrives in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Hands‑on with analytical marketing tools; confident using AI to accelerate research, content creation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management; supports sales & customer success teams with focus and enthusiasm.
