Role Overview Love crafting and designing exceptional experiences that wow people and stand out in dynamic and engaging ways? Today we’re looking for a passionate and eager Designer to join our growing tms team while helping us push and evolve the designs of our client’s business.

Digging a Little Deeper As Associate Designer, you’ll be joining a creative team focused on pushing the boundaries of creativity and design across all our work. Working closely with other designers and copywriters you’ll get the opportunity to bring your exceptional design skills to the work daily — mixing type, imagery and art into dynamic and powerful executions spanning digital, video and more.

Responsibilities

Support the creative team and work closely with the Design Operations manager to build and execute screens in Figma, generating new content and images every week for various brand partners

Take great direction with a willingness to bring fresh, new thinking while also challenging yourself and the work

Remain organized and efficient when working on digital app templates and complete tasks in a timely manner

Build and help generate comps for additional program elements that demonstrate diversity in the thinking, while remaining on brand for associated clients

Deep understanding of industry trends

Readily give and receive constructive feedback

Work closely with various team members to help pull the work together in slick presentations (PowerPoint, etc.)

Skills and Experience

Degree in Visual Design, User Interface Design, Digital Design or related field

2+ years at a creative agency with portfolio demonstrating strong digital design capabilities and digital knowledge for sites, mobile, PR, OLA, etc.

Experience and/or background in launching promotions

Solid understanding of Adobe Suite of products (Strong in Photoshop, and Illustrator)

Experience or background in app design (Figma, XD and/or prototyping is a plus)

Ability to design fast and be nimble

In-depth knowledge of visual design fundamentals, including but not limited to typography, color balance, layout, visual hierarchy, photography, iconography, illustration, and the like

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize competing demands.

An outstanding eye for detail, and the know how to collaborate seamlessly with fellow creatives, account, and strategy in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

A passion for staying in‑touch with the latest design trends and an obsession over everything design and how it plays a part in life and culture

Starting salary between $58,000 - $63,000
