We are seeking a

Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant

to lead end-to-end process design, optimization, and execution for complex email marketing programs. This expert-level role combines marketing technology, campaign operations, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional leadership to support high-impact digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design, optimization, and solutioning

of Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes and capabilities.

Oversee

email marketing production

for complex campaigns, including dynamic content, personalization, SQL queries, automations, and journey building.

Partner closely with

marketing campaign managers and business leaders

to align execution plans with strategic priorities.

Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign requirements, personalization logic, segmentation, and creative direction.

Lead cross-functional efforts to advance

systems, processes, and best practices

for email production.

Analyze existing email programs and design solutions to improve

efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence .

Work with product, technology, and business partners to address technical challenges and implement solutions.

Engage with senior leadership to provide expert recommendations on marketing execution strategies.

Required Qualifications

7+ years

in Business Execution, Marketing Operations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Automation, or Strategic Planning roles.

Extensive experience with

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

including: SQL Journey Builder Automation Studio Dynamic content / personalization

Experience leading complex marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

Experience in enterprise-level email marketing operations Knowledge of marketing data structures, segmentation, and compliance Strong partnership skills across marketing, product, and technology teams
