Position Overview This role requires a unique blend of interior design talent, digital visual storytelling, and strong ability to create interior spaces using AI. This is for someone who is highly creative, trend obsessed, and fluent in the digital tools that bring design concepts to life.
The Digital Interior Designer & Visual Merchandiser is responsible for how our products appear online through lifestyle imagery, AI‑generated room scenes, moodboards, and shoppable design content. You will lead the brand’s visual direction across digital touchpoints and work closely with our AI Artist to concept, brief, and refine room images that feel inspiring, aspirational, and very TOV.
You will also manage the TOV Design Service and create personalized moodboards for customers who want a designer curated TOV space.
This position combines interior design, visual merchandising, digital content creation, and AI‑driven design work. We are looking for strong taste, creativity, and true design instincts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the visual direction for all digital product imagery and lifestyle content to ensure it is elevated, trend‑forward, and aligned with the TOV brand
Use AI design tools to develop room concepts, interior layouts, and realistic lifestyle scenes that showcase TOV products
Collaborate with and direct the AI Artist by providing clear briefs, style direction, and feedback for room scenes
Oversee and execute the TOV Design Service by creating personalized moodboards and design concepts for customers
Create design‑led content for social media including moodboards, shop the look sets, design education, and trend stories
Curate digital merchandising across the website including product pairings, bundles, and room-based shopping experiences
Stay ahead of interior design and fashion trends and apply them to visuals, color palettes, and seasonal storylines
Edit, enhance, and finalize digital content using Canva, Figma, and Photoshop to maintain a premium aesthetic standard
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in interior design, digital design, or visual merchandising for a home or lifestyle brand, or an equivalent standout portfolio
Skilled in AI interior design tools and able to generate realistic, well‑styled interior spaces using AI technology
Strong sense of style with the ability to make interior spaces look aspirational, cohesive, and shoppable
Proficient in Canva and Figma with working Photoshop skills
Trend conscious with a natural eye for color, texture, layout, and styling
Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, creative, and collaborative environment
