Director, Marketing for SafeSend and SurePrep
Senior leadership role responsible for strategic approach and planning for Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products, specifically SafeSend and SurePrep, to drive sales, revenue and growth.
About the Thomson Reuters Marketing Team Marketing Team focuses on developing and implementing integrated campaigns across industry‑leading products, delivering value to tax and accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end growth engine: identify high‑potential markets and channels, design and execute multi‑channel campaigns, digital activities, events, and integrated marketing programs.
Build integrated full‑funnel campaigns, with breakthrough positioning, messaging, and creative assets to drive awareness and consideration.
Lead, mentor, and influence a high‑performing cross‑functional marketing team focused on sales growth and revenue.
Define and own multifaceted demand generation strategy aligning with company goals and sales objectives for SafeSend and SurePrep.
Manage and optimize marketing budget, allocate resources based on quantitative performance analysis, and scale top‑performing levers.
Build performance marketing and ABM program with attribution models, forecasting and ROI tracking.
Partner with business and sales to co‑own analytics, identify KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for actionable, data‑driven insights.
Establish relationships across the organization to bring programs to life using product‑led expertise and deep marketing knowledge.
Embrace and experiment with cutting‑edge, AI‑powered marketing tools and processes.
About You
Based in or around Minneapolis, Dallas, Ann Arbor, New York, or Toronto, Canada.
10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and full channel mix activation.
BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels and functions.
Strong e‑commerce, paid and organic digital experience and CX thinking a plus; deep understanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms and systems.
Background in tax, audit or accounting a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Base compensation range: $135,800 – $252,200 (US locations). Eligibility for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
Hybrid work model: flexible 2‑3 days a week in office.
