ASIAL is Australia's peak employer body for Australia's rapidly growing private security industry. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated marketing communications professional to support the planning and delivery of campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention and engagement.
About the Role This exciting hands‑on role involves a varied range of tasks in supporting ASIAL's digital platforms, publications, media communications and events. You will work collaboratively to create compelling content and coordinate campaigns that promote industry professionalism and the role the security industry performs in safeguarding the community.

What you will be doing:
Coordinating marketing activity across email, web, podcasts, app, print and social media.
Writing and editing EDMs, articles, and social content aligned with ASIAL's brand tone.
Supporting event organisation and promotion including the annual Security Exhibition & Conference and national Awards program.
Assisting in maintaining website and CRM content.
Liaising with designers, printers and partners to meet deadlines.
Monitoring campaign analytics and preparing performance reports.
About You
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is required for this position.
1–3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
Excellent written, spoken communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Google Data Analytics, and CMS platforms or willingness to learn.
Opportunity to learn Adobe Creative Cloud.
Enthusiastic, team‑oriented, and an appetite to grow your marketing and communication skills.
