Director, Commercial Marketing - Bloom Beverage

Who You Are
We are seeking an individual who will lead the development, implementation and tracking of a holistic Commercial Marketing plan for Bloom Beverage in sync with overall brand & digital marketing plan. Exhibit strong cross functional partnership with Bloom Digital Consumer Marketing and internal Nutrabolt commercial marketing functions to develop a consolidated total plan. This role will report directly to the SVP, Commercial Strategy – Bloom Beverage.

What You're Good At
Lead development of a holistic commercial marketing plan for Bloom Beverage across: Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing and Display/Merchandizing.
Translate the Commercial Strategy and revenue ambition for Bloom into strategic spend priorities for various commercial levers.
Collaborate closely with Nutrabolt functional heads of Shopper, Trade, and Field Marketing to develop strategic spend priorities and plans for Bloom Beverage nationally and by key accounts.
Power Partnership with Bloom Digital and Brand Marketing Leads to develop ONE MARKETING PLAN and translate into a holistic customer facing marketing support calendar.
Establish in partnership with Finance team visibility and tracking of spend planning and actualization.
What You Contribute
8+ years of progressive experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, & commercial strategy within CPG industry (Beverage experience highly preferred).
High growth modern beverage brand experience highly preferred.
Proven track record of driving retail execution excellence and delivering incremental growth through full playbook activation.
Strong understanding of U.S. retail channels (Grocery, Convenience, Mass, Club, and Emerging).
Strong ability to link Upper funnel consumer brand marketing & digital activation to commercial marketing levers to drive high ROI.
Experience managing budgets across multiple stakeholders and synthesize into a simple strategic view for leadership.
Brings fresh thinking and big ideas to table basis high growth unlocks from prior experience.

Work Schedule
Standard business hours as directed by business operations but may require additional time if requested by management. This position is hybrid with 3-day required in office and occasional travel to trade shows as needed.
