Responsibilities

Sparring partner for the Head of Marketing in annual planning, topic prioritisation and further development of the marketing strategy.

Support in defining and managing overall marketing goals (positioning, leads, awareness, retention).

Responsibility for coordinating content and prioritising ongoing go‑to‑market initiatives.

Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels and formats.

Developing and implementing the product marketing strategy for new and existing features.

Defining and communicating value propositions, product storylines and differentiating features.

Creating product documentation, sales enablement materials and partner content.

Working closely with product and sales teams to incorporate market feedback and customer needs into communications.

Go‑to‑Market Management

Planning, implementing and managing go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, releases and key topics.

Developing messaging frameworks, target group approaches and communication guidelines in coordination with the Head of Marketing.

Orchestrating content, social media, paid media, email marketing and events along the customer journey.

Defining relevant KPIs, monitoring and continuously optimising go‑to‑market activities.

Collaboration & Interface Management

Close coordination with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and Partnerships to network marketing activities.

Managing external partners, service providers and agencies for the implementation of marketing projects.

Ensuring efficient internal communication and transfer of relevant information to all stakeholders.

Your Profile

At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and positioning.

Confidence in developing value propositions, storylines and go‑to‑market strategies for new features and products.

Experience planning, orchestrating and optimising multi‑channel campaigns (content, paid, etc.) with a focus on performance and conversion.

Routine use of KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools; ability to derive data‑based recommendations.

Knowledge of common CMS and automation tools (e.g. Clay, Salesforce); openness to learn new systems.

Preferably initial practical experience with AI tools in marketing.

Strong communication skills; effective storytelling and target‑group‑oriented communication.

Business‑fluent German (C2) and good English skills.
