Video Producer & Editor: Marketing In-House Production (Contractor)
The Video Producer & Editor (Contractor) is responsible for creating engaging video content that aligns with the marketing team's brand and audience engagement objectives. This role, reporting to the Creative Director (Marketing), focuses on the production of compelling audience-facing content optimized for digital, social, and video platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels, to support campaigns and events. This in-house role combines video production, editing, and videography, working closely with and supporting multiple cross-functional teams including Editorial, Platforms, and Advertising. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Creative Director to develop and execute shot and long‑form video content for a variety of channels and initiatives, including campaigns, events, customer engagement, and digital platforms (e.g., email, website, and social media). Ideate, produce, and edit video content that supports marketing strategies across all channels. Oversee the full video production process— from pre‑production planning and logistics to shooting, editing, and final delivery—focused on platform‑native output and speed to market. Produce and edit video content and photography for external events, capturing and repurposing footage for editorial and promotional use, including subscriber retention efforts and both organic and paid social media campaigns. Collaborate with editorial and content teams to produce video content that enhances editorial stories and aligns with marketing objectives. This includes supporting events and social media, capturing and editing podcast videos, and creating festival trailers and promotional videos. Work closely with the Platforms team to execute platform‑native video content, optimize for each channel, and contribute to social video strategy. Manage video equipment, organize and lead field shoots, and direct on‑camera talent and production crews as needed. Skills & Tools

Crew management, lighting, audio setup, and gear maintenance Content Formats:
Short‑form/long‑form video, social media video, event recaps, advertising spots, and branded storytelling Strategic Insight:
Advertising video strategy and social media video production with or without direct oversight Digital Experience:
Deep knowledge of social and video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads) with a portfolio showing creative, technical, platform‑native storytelling. Collaborator:
Able to manage multiple priorities, move quickly, and collaborate across teams Creative Thinker:
