About the Role
NONFICTION, the Seoul-based lifestyle fragrance house known for its signature scents, clean formulations, and evocative storytelling, is preparing for its U.S. debut in early 2026. As we enter this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced and culturally attuned Brand Marketing Director (U.S.) to lead our brand’s expansion into one of the world’s most influential beauty markets.
This role will shape how NONFICTION is introduced, experienced, and desired across the U.S. landscape—spanning digital, retail, and community touchpoints. You will guide the regional brand strategy, oversee omni-channel growth, and lead the launch of our first U.S. flagship store (opening Q1 2026), in partnership with HQ in Seoul.

Reports to Chief Strategy Office (CSO)
What you will lead
U.S. brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing strategy
Integrated campaign & product launch execution across all channels
Digital and e-commerce growth, including CRM and performance marketing
U.S. flagship retail launch and future store openings
Social strategy for Instagram & TikTok, with an eye for culture and content
Influencer, creator, community, and PR initiatives
Leadership of a growing U.S. Brand Marketing team and cross-functional collaboration with HQ
What we are looking for A seasoned brand-builder (8+ years) with experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury, or culture-driven consumer brands; strong creative sensibility; deep understanding of the U.S. market; and proven ability to lead omni-channel storytelling that blends digital innovation with elevated experiential retail.
