Our Asia Pacific Corporate Banking Department (APCB) is responsible for the strengthening of Mizuho product-related businesses in Asia Pacific by giving advice and providing support to all Mizuho branches in the region. Support origination and execution initiatives to support the growth of the firm's TMT business in the region. Work together with colleagues in DCM, ECM, M&A Advisory, Acquisition Finance, Project Finance etc. Create comprehensive presentation materials/pitch books to market opportunities to clients. Develop relationships with country bankers, other industry bankers around the world, product bankers. Constantly expand knowledge of sector and financing markets through external and internal networking and research. Job Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years of corporate finance experience (principally across financial advisory, debt and equity financing) preferably developed at an investment bank, advisory firm or accounting firm. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of financial markets and products. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines is a minimum requirement for applicants, while MBA or Post-Graduate qualifications in Finance or CFA accreditation would be highly desirable.
