Job Description This role can be based in New York City, San Francisco, or Chicago. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Content Marketing Team is looking for a talented content creator to bring our B2B marketing story to life through scroll‑stopping social content, engaging blog assets, and on‑brand visuals. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, this role turns strategy into execution, translating briefs into native LinkedIn formats like carousels, quote cards, short‑form video, and blog assets that make our biggest ideas easy to engage with and impossible to ignore.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of Content, creative agencies, and cross‑functional teams like the B2B Institute, Product Marketing, and Web to ensure every asset is crafted with care, consistent with our tone, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate is fluent in storytelling, confident in short‑form writing and visual packaging, and thrives on making complex ideas feel simple and impactful.
Responsibilities
Translate briefs into LinkedIn-native content formats including carousels, quote cards, stat graphics, short‑form video, and blog assets.
Write punchy short‑form copy (e.g., headlines, captions, pull quotes) aligned to brand tone and messaging.
Design basic social graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
Apply editorial and brand tone‑of‑voice guidelines to all content.
Partner with product and thought leadership experts in B2B, Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing.
Collaborate with creative agencies for overflow production, localization, and motion design.
Contribute ideas for new content formats and optimizations based on channel performance.
Partner with the Head of Content to review briefs, creative, implement stakeholder feedback, and uphold creative quality.
Ensure every asset is polished, engaging, and channel‑fit before delivery.
Proactively flag content gaps or opportunities based on upcoming briefs or campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in either content marketing, editorial, creative or social content production (in‑house or agency).
2+ years of experience designing or collaborating on visuals for digital content.
2+ years of experience using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with marketers, designers, agencies and social media teams.
Light video editing or animation experience.
Background in B2B media, advertising, or brand publishing.
Comfort working with agency partners and localization vendors.Familiarity with AI and SEO basics and CMS publishing tools.
This role may suit a junior art director with strong writing instincts and experience crafting social‑first or editorial content.
Proven ability to turn long‑form content (e.g., research or POVs) into snackable, high‑performing, engaging creative assets.
Strong writing skills, particularly for short‑form and digital platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and creative quality control.
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
Familiarity with LinkedIn formats and B2B marketing audiences.
