The Role The Marketing Manager will support and partner closely with the Senior Marketing Director to execute ColourPop’s integrated campaign strategy across all major launches. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure each launch is visually cohesive, on-brand, and amplified through key marketing channels.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, launch-heavy environment and enjoys turning ideas into well-orchestrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through launch, including brief development, go-to-market planning, and cross-channel implementation, in partnership with the Senior Marketing Director.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Creative, eCommerce, Product Development, Social, and Influencer teams to align on campaign deliverables, creative direction, and timelines.
PDP & Content Management: Oversee product page assets, copy, storytelling, and consumer content. Ensure launches are informative, engaging, and supported by go-to-market tactics such as email, paid media, social, PR, influencer campaigns, and events.
Launch Calendar Management: Maintain the marketing calendar to track product drops, seasonal campaigns, and key retail priorities and promotions.
Performance & Insights: Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize execution and inform future initiatives.
Trendspotting: Surface cultural, beauty, and digital trends to inspire timely, relevant campaign ideas, sharing recommendations with the Senior Director.
Who You Are
5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple simultaneous launches
Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and business objectives
Passionate about beauty, pop culture, and creating experiences that excite and engage consumers
Bonus Points
Experience in DTC or omnichannel marketing
Knowledge of influencer marketing, social commerce, or content strategy
Working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Figma, Shopify
