What You'll Do:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer service calls and schedule appointments
Accurately estimate costs and completion times for service/repairs
Coordinate with technicians and ensure work is completed to satisfaction
Communicate updates to customers and recommend additional services as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time
Maintain strong follow-up and documentation
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in automotive service
Industry experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Upselling or retail sales experience is a plus
Must be computer literate and organized
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
