This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Architectural Designer in the United States.

In this role, you will support project teams through all phases of design and construction, contributing to the creation of high-quality, innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other designers to ensure design intent is effectively communicated and executed. This position offers the opportunity to grow your technical and design expertise, work across multiple market sectors including Mission Critical projects, and mentor junior team members. You will apply advanced Revit workflows, project standards, and critical thinking to deliver solutions that meet client expectations while maintaining technical accuracy and sustainability. Accountabilities

Assist Project Architects in ensuring design and technical quality throughout project phases.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines using tools such as Revizto and Revit.

Support project delivery according to established design processes and guidelines.

Conduct code research, material and product research, and assist in developing strategies for project execution.

Participate in internal and external project meetings, submittal reviews, and construction administration.

Mentor junior team members and assist with task management, work plans, and technical reviews.

Apply Revit and BIM workflows to develop detailed, high-performance design solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Architecture required; licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the A/E industry; experience in Mission Critical projects preferred.

Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with building codes; experience with Revizto, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Concept Board preferred.

LEED accreditation or sustainability credentials preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, self‑motivated, and flexible.

Ability to collaborate under deadline pressure and apply critical thinking for positive project impact.

Desire to mentor staff, delegate work effectively, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
