Content and Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a T-shaped

Product & Content Marketing Specialist.

This role blends strategic product marketing with daily hands-on content creation. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, thrives in cross-functional teams, and is passionate about creating content that drives results. You’ll support both the SME and Corporate plus Enterprise segments equally (50/50). Key Responsibilities

Product Launch Coordination - plan and manage product launches (target groups, pain points, messaging, workshop facilitation, manage timelines and task flow via Asana) in collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing Content Production & Management - produce engaging content across formats and channels:

Website content including Landig Pages Blog articles Email sequences Knowledge base, product changelogs Sales enablement materials: presentations, one pagers, product related videos SoMe content cycles support

SEO & AI-Powered Content Creation - use tools like Neuron Writer and Ahrefs to produce content that performs and ranks. Use AI tools to benchmark to industry and SaaS standards, reformat, repurpose and create better content at scale SME Content Owner - act as the main content point for the SME segment, supporting performance-driven marketing efforts and working closely with the Performance and E-commerce specialist. CMS & Website Management - lead content updates in CMS; collaborate with other team members to execute web projects end-to-end Competition & Market Research - conduct ongoing benchmarking with Product and Performance teams to sharpen value proposition and content Content Performance Analysis - track KPIs, report results, and proactively suggest new formats and improvements KPIs

Reach & Engagement: email open and conversion rates, social media engagement of the distributed content (likes, shares, video views) Traffic & Conversion: website time-on-site, pages/session, CTR from e-mails and landing pages Execution KPIs: timely delivery of content for product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives Requirements

3–5 years in SaaS/B2B content or product marketing roles Strong content writing and editing skills (PL + EN) Experience creating content across channels and formats High level of independence and project ownership Comfortable using AI and SEO Content tools, analytics, and CMS systems Able to translate business/product language into compelling messaging Our Benefits Package
