to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Job Summary: The

Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, enhancing our social media presence, managing our trade show booth at local events, and supporting the sales team with compelling content and campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for branding, and a keen eye for detail.

PayRange:

$24.00-26.00 per hour

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact on the pay for this position

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

Coordinate and manage promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.

Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, networking and employee engagement events.

Oversee event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and attendee engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.

Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach efforts.

Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.

Utilize design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually appealing assets.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience)

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the telecom / construction industry.

Experience with event planning (trade shows, conferences, meetings).

Must be proficient in social media marketing across several platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media scheduling tools.

Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC advertising is a plus.

Ability to use graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
