Amazon/MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic theatrical and streaming film research team. This pivotal role serves as the cornerstone of our team's organizational efficiency, managing critical data, schedules, and financial processes that drive our strategic decision-making in the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.

Architect and maintain comprehensive theatrical performance databases and research archives, ensuring quick data retrieval and preservation of institutional knowledge.

Manage complex calendars and schedule crucial research readouts across multiple time zones, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.

Oversee financial management for research projects, including budget tracking, purchase order management, and vendor administration.

Navigate contract management processes, coordinating between legal, procurement, and vendors to ensure compliance and maintain project momentum.

Troubleshoot research challenges, manage multiple concurrent projects, and provide research-backed recommendations to cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, financial spreadsheets, and project management tools. Experience with SAP and contract management is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience

1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience

1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management

Experience in e‑commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial

Experience using data visualization tools
