The Role Winnin is seeking a creative and highly organized Events/Field Lead to spearhead our event marketing strategy in the US. This pivotal role, a cornerstone of our Marketing vision, is responsible for creating and executing a dynamic portfolio of events—from large-scale industry conferences to intimate, high-touch executive roundtables. You will own the event lifecycle from concept to completion, driving brand awareness, generating pipeline, and creating unforgettable experiences that connect Winnin with key prospects and clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to convert event engagement into qualified meetings and tangible revenue opportunities.
What You'll Do Event Strategy & Execution:
Design and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with our go-to-market goals, including proprietary events (big and small), sponsored trade shows, and executive-level gatherings.
End-to-End Project Management:
Manage all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget, and on-site execution to ensure a flawless experience.
Sales & Marketing Integration:
Collaborate closely with the sales and demand generation teams to drive event attendance, manage pre- and post-event communication, and ensure effective lead follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.
Brand Experience:
Curate a compelling and consistent brand experience across all events that effectively communicates Winnin's value proposition and leaves a lasting impression.
Performance Measurement:
Define and track event KPIs, such as cost per lead, pipeline generated, and brand impressions, to measure ROI and inform future event strategy.
Industry Engagement:
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and secure speaking opportunities and sponsorships that position Winnin as a thought leader in the Martech space.
Qualifications Proven experience in B2B event marketing, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or marketing industries.
Demonstrated success in managing a variety of event types, from large-scale conferences to executive-level programs.
Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A strategic thinker who can connect event strategy directly to business and pipeline goals.
Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
Willingness to travel as required for event execution.
