# **Our Privacy Statement & Cookie Policy****Director, Marketing for SafeSend and SurePrep**Thomson Reuters’ Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns across a range of industry-leading products, focused on delivering value for our tax and accounting professionals. This role is responsible for setting the strategic approach, planning and prioritization for Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products, specifically SafeSend and SurePrep, delivering on unique customer needs to ultimately drive sales, revenue, and growth.This high-impact leadership role requires a strategic builder who can own the entire growth engine, from identifying high-potential markets and channels to designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, digital activities, events, and integrated marketing programs. This role will have full end-to-end responsibilities for delivering the marketing plans, strategy and targets associated with SafeSend and SurePrep, leading a team of cross-functional marketers, and working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Finance, Comms, Customer Success, and others. This role requires strong growth and performance marketing skillset, digital acumen, innovative and integrated campaign planning abilities, cross-functional leadership skills, and a self-starter mindset. **About the Role** Establish relationships across the organization to bring programs to life through strong product-led expertise and deep marketing knowledge.10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, demand gen, with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and full channel mix activationStrong leadership, collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization Stronge-commerce, paid and organic digital experience and CX thinking a plus; deep understanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms and systems.**Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.**Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
