Estimated Duration: 8+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, Texas (required);
Experience to research, gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems and prioritize information and issues. (8 years)
Experience to transform data into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and develop and present reports identifying gaps in technology and operational effectiveness to executive stakeholders (8 years)
Experience developing or contributing in the development of as-is / to-be data models to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiencies. (8 years)
Experience in effectively mapping data and identifying improvements. Establish benchmarks and develops framework for operational trend analysis and performance measurement (8 years)
Experience with the analysis of data policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas. (8 years)
Experience with gathering data from various sources, creates reports on a regular basis, and performs deep analysis of underlying trends and correlations. Develops metadata, tables and user interfaces to define clear reports for business users (8 years)
Experience using creativity and specialty reporting tools to define and develop data reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. (8 years)
Preferred:
Experience developing strategic and project SDLC materials, including gap analysis, recommendations, roadmaps, requirements, design documents, system and data flow diagrams, test cases, and use cases. (5 years)
State or Federal Public Sector experience (1 year)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Research, analyze, and synthesize complex data and facts to solve difficult problems and produce concise, actionable reports
Transform raw data into strategic business insights and present findings to executive stakeholders to drive decision-making
Develop as-is and to-be data models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and system improvement
Map data across systems, establish performance benchmarks, and create frameworks for trend analysis and operational measurement
Analyze data policies and procedures to assess their impact on automated systems and functional areas
Acquire data from diverse sources, build metadata structures, and design user-friendly reports, tables, and interfaces for business users
Create advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and specialty reports using analytical and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives
