Senior UX Researcher
Senior UX Researcher position at Jobs via Dice (Client: TEKsystems).
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead strategic research efforts for a major initiative aimed at modernizing the digital banking experience. This role will contribute directly to shaping intuitive, user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally agile, and thrives in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Lead end‑to‑end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, etc.
Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that influence product strategy.
Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals.
Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings for cross‑functional teams (design, product, content across US and CA markets).
Communicate findings effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders.
Champion inclusive and transparent research processes and foster team alignment.
