Senior User Experience Designer – B2B Duration: 18 months Location: Austin, TX – candidates must be local to Austin Job Overview As a Senior User Experience Designer on a B2B team, you will lead the design of software across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. You will collaborate with strategy, business, and technology partners to build best‑in‑class experiences that help users achieve their financial goals. You will integrate user research, flow development, wireframing, usability testing, and annotated specifications into an iterative, Agile design process. Key Responsibilities Lead design consulting sessions and drive design decisions. Create design solutions with a multi‑faceted team and maintain high standards set by the group. Produce deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and annotated design specifications. Conduct primary design activities, QA, and support research efforts. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage project schedules, and build strong relationships. Champion innovation, continuously learn design theory and tools, and adapt to new information. Required Qualifications 11+ years of interaction design experience focused on digital products. Proficiency with Sketch, InVision, Figma, and other design tools. Strong experience in user‑centered design processes: research, user flow, wireframes, usability testing, and annotated specifications. Experience with Agile development methodology and collaboration in cross‑disciplinary teams. Strong self‑management skills, capable of managing project schedules and working directly with client partners. Portfolio demonstrating interaction design process and thinking.
