Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry‑Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and communication within the organization. As an Entry‑Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for conveying information effectively and efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming communications from clients and stakeholders.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and clarity.

Manage and streamline communications across various platforms to ensure timely information delivery.

Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications materials.

Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that enhance client engagement.

Monitor communications and gather feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast‑paced environment.
