The Opportunity The Producer, reporting to the Associate Creative Director for Creative Operations, leads the planning, execution and completion of video and photography projects across a variety of channels including TV, Corporate Marketing and Internal Communication. This role is essential in bringing the ANPD creative vision to life, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet creative, strategic and brand objectives.
What You’ll Work On
Shoot Management: Oversee all aspects of video and photography production, including pre‑production planning, on‑site coordination, and post‑production follow‑up.
Video Post‑Production Management: Oversee all aspects of video editing, production of 2D and 3D graphics as well as audio recording and post‑production through editorial completion.
Photography Post‑Production Management: Oversee all aspects of photography post‑production including photo retouching – giving direction to retouchers based on creative direction of project – also creating contact sheets and presentations of final images.
Vendor & Talent Coordination: Source and manage external vendors, crew, and talent. Handle contracts, scheduling, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Talent Renewals: Track and manage talent usage rights and renewal timelines. Coordinate with legal and account teams to ensure timely renewals and compliance with usage agreements.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with ACDs, designers and account to align production with creative goals and brand standards.
Location Scouting & Permits: Identify and secure shoot locations, manage permitting processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are on time.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve production challenges quickly and efficiently, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in agency experience, including managing budgets, workflows and vendor negotiations
Proven experience producing video and photography projects, preferably in an agency or creative environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with production tools, budgeting software, and scheduling platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements for production
Understanding of how to implement creative strategy and follow brand guidelines
Background in advertising, marketing, or media production
Proficiency in AICP (Association of Independent Commercial Producers) production software, workflow, and management, and standard practices
Experience working with healthcare or regulated industries a plus
Proven track record of problem‑solving under tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 – $170,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
