CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Marketing Manager for a luxury gift and lifestyle brand in the Manhattan area. As the Marketing Manager, you will help shape regional marketing strategy, drive B2C and B2B engagement, and bring global campaigns to life locally. What You’ll Actually Do as the Marketing Manager:
Build and manage an annual regional marketing calendar including product launches, activations, campaigns, and communication channels.
Analyze trends and customer insights to shape marketing plans and future initiatives.
Create and implement marketing toolkits, catalogues, sales decks, and promotional assets.
Develop compelling brand presentations for customers, partners, and distributors.
Coordinate closely with social media and PR teams to align planning and brand messaging.
Partner with sales teams to tailor marketing materials to customer objectives.
Manage marketing performance reporting, insights, and regional campaign effectiveness.
Support marketing budget oversight and ensure activities align with brand guidelines.
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Marketing Manager:
5–8 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience in trade and consumer marketing within a luxury, premium, or design-led brand.
Strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape.
Experience producing marketing materials including toolkits, catalogues, and promotional content.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external partners.
A proactive, positive, flexible, team-oriented mindset.

$100,000 – $130,000 + annual discretionary bonus eligibility
