Our global talent marketing team is expanding, and we’re looking for a

Talent Marketing Manager

to help create marketing strategies for our clients. By combining data insights with creative collaboration, you’ll ensure our campaigns not only perform but also push the boundaries of innovation in recruitment marketing.

What you’ll do

Deliver brand assessments focused on analysing organisations’ employer brand perception, experience, and narrative.

Conduct competitor research across key talent touchpoints.

Develop data-driven talent personas defining ideal traits, behaviours, and motivations.

Support client partners in developing detailed creative briefs (e.g. toolkits, playbooks) and writing shorter briefs for smaller creative tasks (e.g., asset production).

Ensure all deliverables align with the client’s brand standards, including reviewing brand guidelines, best practices, and proofreading content.

Participate in client calls and project and strategy meetings.

Support client partners in the successful implementation of talent marketing projects.

Contribute to QBRs and MBRs by providing data and insights to demonstrate the tangible value added to client accounts.

Engage in communication and collaboration across talent marketing by participating in training, sharing insights, contributing to inter-team projects and hosting meetings.

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience managing end-to-end employer branding projects and talent attraction campaigns.

Strong background in local and regional recruitment marketing.

Skilled in creating data-driven, clear, and impactful presentations and content.

Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, with a strong command of the English language and the capability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently or in collaboration with teams to meet client needs.

Strong geographic and intercultural awareness.

Talent Acquisition, talent mapping, RPO and MSP experience are nice to have.
