Responsibilities

Lead the development of individual community brands with branding agencies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and community assets.

Support new community lease‑ups and stabilized assets with go‑to‑market strategies, launch campaigns, and creative assets, driving qualified leasing traffic to our communities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and resident preferences to adjust strategies.

Manage marketing spend to stay within budget and share performance reporting for assigned communities.

Aid in the development of annual marketing budgets for the communities.

Reputation management for a designated portfolio of communities: monitor online reviews, communications and ratings; collaborate with staff to craft and post responses; work with site teams to improve their online reputation.

Review traffic and sources to determine patterns and trends for all properties. Analyze the quality and effectiveness of marketing tactics, adjusting strategy and methods as needed.

Manage and monitor advertising campaigns, signage and leasing specials; analyze effectiveness and financial impacts of current and potential marketing programs.

Maintain third‑party relationships with key vendors covering marketing and advertising functions and oversee prospect communications programs.

Assist with special projects such as event planning, employee recognition, and sponsorship programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of three to five years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related discipline.

Skills and abilities: Design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

Experience developing and managing budgets.

Excellent communication, writing and editing skills for press releases, presentations and media negotiations.

Overseeing the design and production of print materials, publications and websites.

Computer literacy in word processing, database management and page layout.

Commitment to working with shared diverse teams.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions Working conditions will primarily be in an office setting. Site visits and external office visits may be necessary several times per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. On occasion, outdoor activities and physical labor may be required in conjunction with community events. The position may be exposed to high stress situations. Some travel may be required, including occasional overnight stays.

Salary Range The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
